1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of the WorkNinja website, software and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using WorkNinja, you agree to these terms. If you use WorkNinja on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

WorkNinja is a business service and is not intended for personal or consumer use.

2. Contracting party

WorkNinja is currently provided by Heavyweight Group Ltd, trading as WorkNinja, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17188892.

Its registered office is Portland House, Belmont Business Park, Durham, England, DH1 1TW.

3. WorkNinja accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for keeping passwords and login details secure.

You are also responsible for managing your authorised users, assigning appropriate permissions and removing access when a user no longer requires it. You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts under your control.

4. Use of WorkNinja

WorkNinja provides tools for managing customers, quotes, jobs, schedules, staff, invoices, communications and related business activities.

You must only use WorkNinja for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive communications.

Some features may be subject to reasonable limits, including storage, user numbers, SMS usage and transaction volumes. Any limits applying to your subscription will be shown in your plan or order form.

5. Subscriptions and payment

WorkNinja subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Subscription charges and any applicable VAT are payable in advance.

Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You authorise WorkNinja and its payment provider to collect the applicable charges using your selected payment method.

We may change our prices by giving reasonable notice. A price change will normally take effect from your next renewal date.

If an order form or separate written agreement has been agreed with you, its specific pricing and subscription terms will take priority over this section.

6. Free trials and demonstrations

We may offer a free trial, demonstration account or limited version of WorkNinja. Any free access is provided for evaluation purposes and may have restricted features, users, storage or usage.

We may change or withdraw free access at any time. Accounts that remain unused for more than 90 days may be treated as abandoned and closed.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation process within WorkNinja or by contacting support@workninja.io.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, monthly and annual subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

You should export any information you need before your account closes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WorkNinja where subscription charges are overdue, these terms have been seriously breached, the service is being misused or continued access may create a security or legal risk.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to protect WorkNinja, its users or third parties.

You retain ownership of the information, documents and other content you enter into Work
